Gluten free pastry crust (baked first to brown about 10mins) Mix together: 1 pumpkin spice meal replacement (you can use any flavor) 1 tub of cool whip (thawed) 2 scoops of Muscle Gain (we used vanilla) 1 Tsp of Cinnamon Put in Freezer for about a hour (we ate it as frozen pie)
